CreaSystem in Bologna provides all clients with a meeting room: fully furnished spaces and ready to welcome customers and/or employees for events such as meetings, presentations, courses, showrooms, events, conferences and business meetings.
Meeting rooms all inclusive per day
up to 20 people
From 1 to 10 people
- Saturday/Sunday €80 Half day / €140 per day
- Package available only for Galleria Ugo Bassi 1
From 11 to 15 people
- Saturday/Sunday €110 half day / €180 per day
- Package available in both locations
From 16 to 25 people
- Saturday/Sunday €140 half day / €230 per day
- Package available only for Galleria Ugo Bassi 1
The costs are net of VAT with advance payment.*
The DayOffice package is not bound to one of the two locations, you can freely use both meeting rooms. The DayOffice packages include the possibility to book the meeting room of the CreaSystem offices in Galleria Ugo Bassi 1 (Bo) or Piazzale Luciano Anceschi 5/a (Bo) according to your specific needs.
* The days on the CreaSystem premises provided by the DayOffice packages can be used within 12 months from when the package is activated.

Galleria Ugo bassi 1 in the center of Bologna
The meeting room of the CreaSystem office in Galleria Ugo Bassi 1 (Bo) is a newly renovated room with particular architectural features, a vaulted ceiling, excellent finishes, a dedicated toilet, independent access, LED lighting, video surveillance and alarms.
The setups are as follows
Classic set up. central table / 8 – 15 seats;
Auditorium-style set up: speaker table / 15 – 20 seats and stalls;

Piazzale Luciano Anceschi 5/a
The meeting room of the CreaSystem office in Piazzale Luciano Anceschi 5/a (Bo) is located in a new building and is easily accessible without transit restrictions. There are more than 100 free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity and the area is served by several bus lines with direct connection to the historic center, station and airport.
The setup is as follow
Classic set up. central table / 10 – 12 seats;
